Simplify Studio provides professional organizing services for homes, workplaces, and relocations across the Raleigh and Charlotte, NC metro areas. We help individuals, families, and businesses transform their spaces through thoughtful organizing, editing, and styling.

OUR ORGANIZING TEAM

WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:

  • Are passionate about organizing and creating functional, beautiful spaces

  • Are professional, reliable, trustworthy, and discreet

  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail

  • Enjoy helping others and are friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented

  • Are motivated, punctual, and committed long-term (not looking for a temporary side hustle)

  • Can handle physical work: lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, navigate stairs, and have no limiting physical conditions

  • Are licensed and insured drivers with a reliable car

  • Are comfortable with a flexible schedule: Monday–Friday 9 AM–4 PM, with very occasional weekends; client sessions typically 6–7 hours

  • Are tech savvy (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Google Photos, Instagram); interest or experience in project photos/videos is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

  • Categorize, declutter, and organize spaces

  • Create customized solutions and space plans

  • Work collaboratively with a team

  • Pack and unpack client belongings during moves

  • Haul discarded items and manage donations

COMPENSATION & GROWTH:  

  • Starting pay: $22/hour as an Assistant Organizer

  • Opportunities to grow into a Lead Organizer role ($25–$30/hour) as you gain experience and independence
