LISA SMITH - OWNER, FOUNDER AND LEAD ORGANIZER
Lisa Greene Smith is an interior designer, professional organizer, and artist who leads the Simplify Studio team. She holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and Bachelor of Fine Art from the Rhode Island School of Design, and she brings that designer's eye to every organizing project, drawing inspiration from the order and patterns that emerge in nature. Her greatest joy comes from creating things with her hands, adventuring through life with her artist husband, Y.E., and spending time with her adult children, Willow and River, and her German Shepherd Dog, Bear, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where Simplify Studio will soon expand.

Kate believes that outer calm equals inner peace and she is here to help you achieve this. She brings her can do attitude to every client while she transforms their space. Kate grew up in Raleigh, met her husband while attending North Carolina State University and they have two young boys.

Kelsey loves all things organizing! She has a passion for helping people create a space that brings them happiness. She is married to a professional athlete and that has allowed her to travel to many different places. She’s a lover of dogs, books, and any type of sour candy!

Ashley is detail-focused and passionate about organizing, creating functional, beautiful spaces that simplify life. Former collegiate athlete, she brings focus and discipline to every project. Ashley is finishing her undergraduate degree and enjoys friends, family, and the outdoors.

With a background in the private yachting industry, pastry, and floral arts, Laney has a strong eye for detail and loves using her creativity to design functional, beautiful spaces. Her methodical approach brings her joy, and she enjoys the calming impact organization has on others. In her free time, she stays active through baking, yoga, floral design, gardening, and other creative pursuits that bring positive energy.

With years of hands-on experience, she helps clients simplify their homes and build easy-to-maintain systems that bring more peace to everyday life. Originally from Long Island, NY, she has called Charlotte home for 18 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, boating on Lake Wylie, and crafting.

Originally from California, she has called Charlotte home since 2010, where she has built a full and lively life with her husband, five children, and their beloved golden retriever.
