  • Stay on top of everyday tasks and keep your home organized and easy to manage with weekly support.

    • Laundry: wash, dry, fold, put away, bed making

    • Load and unload dishes

    • Grocery restock and pantry put-away

    • TIDY → Weekly sessions for everyday household tasks, light organizing, and keeping your home functional and orderly.

    • REFRESH → Monthly maintenance to preserve previously organized spaces, manage seasonal transitions, and prevent clutter from accumulating.

    • RESET → Quarterly sessions for deeper seasonal resets, reorganization, and maintaining order across your home.

    • RENEW → Quarterly transformations for larger or first-time organizing projects, providing full-scale resets and long-term organization solutions.

  • TIDY | Weekly Home Reset

    • Investment: $1,000 per month

    • Included organizing time: 1 organizer, 3 hours per week (12 hours per month)

    REFRESH | Monthly Home Maintenance

    • Investment: $650 per month

    • Included organizing time: 1 organizer, 6 hours per month

    RESET | Quarterly Home Refresh

    • Investment: $1,300 per quarter

    • Included organizing time: 2 organizers, 1 six-hour session per quarter (12 hours total)

    RENEW | Quarterly Home Transformation

    • Investment: $2,400 per quarter

    • Included organizing time: 2 organizers, 2 six-hour sessions per quarter (24 hours total)

  • You can use your membership hours in any areas of your home — from daily-living spaces to closets, storage areas, or larger organizing projects. Our professional organizers tailor each session to your home, priorities, and goals.

  • No — all memberships are open to new and returning clients.

  • Memberships include:

    • TIDY → recurring weekly visits

    • REFRESH → one session per month

    • RESET → one quarterly session (12 hours total)

    • RENEW → one quarterly session (24 hours total)

    Members receive priority scheduling and can request the days and times that work best for them each cycle. Scheduling is subject to availability, but we make every effort to accommodate maintenance clients and ensure consistent support.

  • Deposits & Billing:

    • Monthly memberships: 50% deposit auto-charged at the start of the month using the credit card provided at onboarding. Final invoice is sent at the end of the month for the remaining balance.

    • Quarterly memberships: 50% deposit auto-charged at the start of the quarter using the credit card provided at onboarding. Final invoice is sent after the session(s) for that quarter.

    Tracking & Invoicing:
    Final invoices reflect the organizing hours used. Any pre-paid deposit is applied to your invoice. Additional hours or organization products beyond your membership will be included on the final invoice.

    Using Your Hours:

    • Quarterly memberships: Hours must be used within the quarter; unused hours are forfeited.

    • Monthly memberships: Hours can accrue within the quarter but must be used by the end of the quarter.

  • You can add extra hours to any membership at your discounted member rate. Whether you need more time for bigger projects or additional support in a given month or quarter, our professional organizers can accommodate your needs.

  • Memberships are billed monthly or quarterly, depending on your chosen tier. There’s no long-term contract, but staying enrolled consistently ensures the best results. You can pause or cancel at any time with notice before your next billing cycle.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time. There are no cancellation fees for any plan. Please note that consultation fees and any advance quarterly deposits are non-refundable. To cancel or pause a quarterly membership, we ask that you notify us in writing at least 14 days before the start of the quarter so we can suspend automatic payments. If notice isn’t provided in time and a deposit is charged, that deposit must be used within the current quarter or will be forfeited.

    • Flexible payment options: Monthly or quarterly payments allow you to spread the investment for your home’s organization throughout the year.
